Generally, yes. You may take photos and videos during the flight, provided that you follow the pilot’s instructions and do not use equipment that could affect safety or passenger comfort.
Yes. Each flight has an individual or combined weight limit determined by the type of aircraft. The applicable limit is stated in the experience requirements and must be observed for flight safety.

I’m very pleased with how everything went. I had booked the flight some time ago, but we couldn’t fly because of the weather. I had also paid a small deposit, but this wasn’t a problem at all.
